Just Pulse grows out of Maria Antònia's experience across education, dance and research.
The approach
We learn by playing, because the brain is not a dusty library but a funfair: when it enjoys itself, it opens its doors and the information stays and lives there, at any age. No glitter recipes; just rigour, humour and real tools for everyday life.
And the reason behind it all?
Because I am one of those who teaches by learning and learns by teaching. I love understanding why we do what we do, and I have a healthy obsession with bringing neuroscience down from dense books into real life, at street level and for everyone. When we understand how our nervous system works, we stop judging ourselves, we gain freedom and we learn to live (and move) with far more clarity.
